AI4CRM is designed to integrate smoothly into existing environments. Most customers are onboarded quickly with minimal preparation, and InfinityForge Solutions supports you throughout the setup process.
Below is a high-level overview of what is required to get started.
CRM Access
AI4CRM works with existing CRM systems such as Aurea CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and other modern platforms.
To enable integration, the following is required:
API access enabled in your CRM
A technical endpoint that AI4CRM can reach
Appropriate user permissions for AI-driven operations
In most environments, this involves whitelisting the AI4CRM cloud service to communicate with your CRM. We provide the required details and guide you through this step.
AI Provider (Only for BYO AI Tiers)
If you choose a bring-your-own-AI deployment, access to an AI provider is required.
This applies to:
AI4CRM BYO AI
AI4CRM BYO AI + Mobile
AI4CRM API
Supported providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, and other compatible platforms. You provide the API credentials, which are securely integrated into AI4CRM.
This step is not required for AI4CRM Managed AI, as AI access is fully provided and operated by InfinityForge Solutions.
User Setup & Identity
AI4CRM operates in the context of your users and permissions.
Required:
A list of users and their mapping to CRM users
Optional:
Integration with your identity provider for centralized user management
If identity provider integration is not used, AI4CRM can operate with dedicated user accounts. We support both approaches and recommend the best option based on your environment and security requirements.
Setup, Testing & Go-Live
InfinityForge Solutions handles the technical setup and configuration or provides clear guidance where customer-side steps are required.
This includes:
Initial integration setup
User enablement
Integration and acceptance testing
Typical timelines:
Standard onboarding: 1–2 business days once prerequisites are met
More complex setups: up to one week, depending on scope and integrations
Once validation is complete, AI4CRM is ready for productive use.
