How Solutions Pricing Works
Solutions are priced per activated user and subscribed to either monthly or annually. This model is designed to be simple, predictable, and scalable.
What this means for you:
Per-user pricing
You pay for the number of users activated for the solution.
Monthly or annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions always provide better value compared to monthly billing.
Fixed user count per runtime
The number of users is defined at subscription start and remains fixed for the selected runtime.
Setup and onboarding
Depending on the solution and setup complexity, a one-time setup fee may apply. Setup fees are reduced or fully waived for larger user counts and longer subscription runtimes.
Ongoing updates and support
Subscriptions include product updates, maintenance, and support.
