Our services are priced per request, not per hour. You purchase request packages upfront and consume them as work is delivered. Each request has a clearly defined scope and a fixed price known before delivery starts.
This ensures full transparency, predictable costs, and a focus on outcomes rather than effort.
How Request-Based Pricing Works
Service requests are purchased upfront as part of a monthly or annual package. Once purchased, requests can be consumed flexibly within the selected runtime.
When you submit a service request, it is evaluated against the defined request scope for the selected service category. Each request represents a predefined unit of delivery with a fixed price. There is no variable billing based on time spent.
All activities required to deliver the request are included. Meetings, discussions, documentation, testing, coordination, and fine-tuning are part of the request and are not billed separately.
The Request Lifecycle
The request-based model follows a simple and transparent flow:
Purchase a request package
Requests are purchased upfront for a monthly or annual period.
Submit a request
You submit a clearly defined request aligned with the selected service category.
Scope confirmation
We confirm that the request fits the defined scope and consumes one request.
Delivery
We deliver the request end-to-end. The effort required does not affect the price.
Consumption tracking
Delivered requests are tracked transparently, and you retain full visibility into usage.
Why This Model Works
This pricing model combines the predictability of fixed-price delivery with the flexibility of ongoing collaboration.
Fixed cost per request, known in advance
No hourly billing or effort-based pricing
Requests purchased upfront and consumed over time
Better unit pricing for larger packages
More attractive pricing for annual packages compared to monthly ones
You always know what you are paying for and what you are getting in return.
